A boutique design firm specializing in high quality residential design of older home remodels and new homes of the quality and detail expected in a home of 70 to 100 years in age.

A design project is one that needs time to evolve and develop into its best solution; often this solution is the most logical, elegant and economical plan. Layouts are massaged, worked and developed into the best fit for the client needs, budget and ascetics of the home. Then the details are resolved from the most logical and economical foundation system to the trim detailing that most closely ties the existing home to the new into a seamless blend.

As we do with all projects, our hope is that you will be in this home for a long time, many years, maybe the rest of your life. It takes careful thought to create the right space, with the right budget, the best appearances for your home, we will not take on projects with unrealistic short deadlines and budgets.

We do design for the love of design, and want to be proud of every piece created. We want the homes to please the clients and the future owners; the design also has to be a profitable business.
