 Outline of Fees

Understanding that each project is unique with varying levels of complexity, this rate sheet reflects an outline for budgeting fees directly related to the Services of our firm.
Hourly
Wm. Chase Corker & all design time $95 per hour
Associates and draftsmen $75 per hour

Initial consultations to walk the new project or consult with the owner are handled on an hourly basis. Sketches and plans prepared will be billed on an hourly basis based on the estimate provided during the Initial consultation.

Projects are completed on either a fixed fee or hourly as outlined in a proposal provided to the Owner after the initial consultation or the follow up meeting and presentation of sketches or concepts.

Fixed fees are based upon an in house review of estimated complexity, time, and requirements of the project.

  • Fees for new homes reflect an amount from 8-12% of overall construction cost of the structure and accessory construction.

  • Remodels usually reflect an amount from 10-15% of overall construction cost of the structure and accessory construction.
A retainer is paid upon the execution of the contract, which is then applied to the first phase of work.

Drawings and sketches created for the client, is used exclusively on that clients project but for liability and protection of the creative skill of the firm, the drawings remain the property of Wm. CHASE CORKER.
